This year, for our Wednesday night kids' program, we are using The Gospel Project curriculum, where kids will be encouraged to dig deep into God's word, hence the new name, THE DUGOUT.
"The Gospel Project takes kids on a Christ-centered, chronological journey through Scripture. Kids will discover how the gospel unfolds from Genesis through Revelation. When kids truly experience the gospel, their hearts are transformed. It is the gospel, not good behaviour, that changes everything."
The program is for children aged 3 to grade 6 and will run Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Each age group has been given the name of a "digging" animal:
Age 3 to JK - The Chipmunks
SK - Grade 2 - The Groundhogs
Grade 3-6 Girls - The Rabbits
Grade 3-6 Boys - The Gophers
Each week, there will be open session and singing in the sanctuary, class time, gym time, and snacks.
